The Opportunity:
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Lead and Coordinate: Oversee the collaboration between subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and customers while aligning design and engineering efforts to ensure seamless project execution.
- Financial Stewardship: Monitor and report on the financial health of the project(s), managing contracts and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Drive Project Success: Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, ensuring construction milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Strategic Purchasing: Secure high-quality materials at optimal prices, guaranteeing adherence to project specifications.
- Contract Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors, defining clear responsibilities and expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Review and approve payment requests, issue work changes, and ensure compliance with technical requirements.
- Safety and Compliance: Enforce the company’s safety and quality programs on-site, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
The Ideal Candidate:

- 7-10 years of experience in construction management, particularly with large industrial projects.
