Psychiatry Locums Job near Pittsburg, Pennsylvania Seeking Monday-Friday Clinic + Call Coverage for Maternity Leave Start ASAP
Assignment Details/Requirements :
Active Pennsylvania license required
Current Board Eligible/Certified
Must complete Psychiatry residency, fellowship in geriatric psychiatry preferred
Scheduled Clinic Hours Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Call schedule: 1-2 days per week. Three days on occasion, possible weekend call needed.
Call Response Time: 30 Minutes
Average called in while on call: varies, about 2-4 admissions, plus calls for behavioral issues, PRN medications, non-routine incidents on the unit
Midlevels assist with new evaluations and summaries
Daily average of 3-5 consults, and 5-6 follow-ups
Estimated credentialing timeline: 14 days
