The ideal candidate will have a total of 5 or more years of multifamily property management experience with at least two full years in the role of Multifamily Property Manager, supervising an office and maintenance staff. The position will be responsible for attaining and maintaining a high occupancy rate. Strong customer service and marketing skills are a must for this role.
