The Benefits Generalist is responsible for managing and administering employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional support to employees and our HR partners in the Farm Credit Benefits Alliance (FCBA) supported entities. This role requires a thorough understanding of benefits administration, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR or accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
- General accounting knowledge is a plus.
