Role: Senior Salesforce (CRM) Lead

Job Overview: We are partnered with a global leader in the chemical manufacturing space who is currently in need of a Senior Salesforce (CRM) Lead. This role is key to driving the innovation and operational efficiency of Salesforce technologies across multiple business segments, including Service, Sales, CPQ, and Marketing Cloud.
As a Senior Salesforce Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and management of Salesforce solutions that align with the company's strategic business goals. Your responsibilities will include working closely with cross-functional and remote teams to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment, leveraging your extensive experience in Salesforce configurations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Configuration and Solutioning: Lead the end-to-end design, development, and customization of Salesforce solutions across various business segments, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional and remote teams throughout the SDLC phases, including analysis, design, development, and post-deployment support, following Agile methodologies.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, user stories, solution designs, deployment guides, and knowledge-sharing resources, to ensure smooth solution delivery and continuity.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, conduct design reviews, and ensure that all team deliverables adhere to Salesforce best practices and industry standards.
- Application Management: Work closely with the Application Management Service team to provide ongoing technical support, maintain documentation, and ensure the governance of Salesforce solutions.
