TITLE: SharePoint/Power Platform Developer
Due to the nature of this project, this position is open only to US Citizens and Green Card holders who can work with us as W2 employees. Corp-to-Corp arrangements are not considered at this time.

This team is deeply embedded in the Product Supply line of business, focusing on optimizing and enhancing digital workflows through the use of Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform. The work environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and centered around innovation, with a strong emphasis on adopting best practices in the development and delivery of Power Apps and Power Automate solutions. The team is actively engaged in migrating legacy systems to SharePoint Online, positioning themselves at the forefront of digital transformation.

This is a contract position offering the opportunity to work on high-impact projects that directly support the company’s core business operations. You will gain hands-on experience with the latest Microsoft technologies and have the chance to contribute to the growth of a SharePoint/Power Platform Community of Service (CoS). The role also offers the potential for professional development through knowledge-sharing events and collaboration with IT and business partners.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Collaborate with business users to gather and document requirements for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement SharePoint sites, Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows to solve business problems.
- Support the migration of SharePoint 2016 environments to SharePoint Online, including the migration of sites, InfoPath forms, and Nintex workflows.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, including incident management and resolution.
- Contribute to the expansion of the SharePoint/Power Platform Community of Service through training, shared objects, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
ARE YOU A SHAREPOINT/POWER PLATFORM ROCK STAR?
Education & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience building and supporting SharePoint sites with Lists, Libraries, and Webparts.
- 3+ years of experience developing forms and workflows.
- 2+ years of experience building solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with SharePoint Online is required.
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint features, capabilities, and UI development.
- Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, SharePoint REST APIs, and SQL.
- Experience with InfoPath forms and Nintex workflows, particularly in migrating from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes and procedures.
Personal Qualities:
- Ability to train and support business users on developed solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to coordinate QA and User Acceptance Testing for implemented solutions.
