Seeking an experienced litigation attorney with 5 to 15 years experience who has handled jury trials. My practice is focused exclusively on residential landlord tenant disputes-primarily evictions representing landlords.
Responsibilities
Prepare pleadings, attend mediation sessions, appear at court and jury trials. Job may include some mentoring of younger attorneys.
Qualifications
Must be licensed in California. Must be able to appear in courthouses in Oakland, Richmond, Hayward, Martinez, and Pittsburg.
Must have experience with jury trials.
