The Cardinal Group is seeking a Scheduler to join our team. We are a young and dynamic Construction Management company looking for passionate candidates with experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Healthcare, or other technical markets.
Responsibilities of the Scheduler include the following:
- Provide scheduling support by building and maintaining project schedules, typically in excess of 2,000 activities
- Read construction drawings to assist with development of logic
- Work with multiple project teams to maintain schedules for more than one project at a time
- Analyze planned vs. actual progress and develop reports for publication to team members and clients
- Develop resourced planning, progress measurement, cash flow, and earned value tools and reports
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members, clients, design partners, and subcontractors
- Establish and maintain trusting and professional relationships with Owners.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project/Construction Management, or related field
- Proficient in CPM scheduling techniques and principles
- Proficient in scheduling software, including Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
- Experience in Life Science, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or other technical markets is preferred
- Strong communication skills, an ability to work in a team environment, and a desire to work with details
