Lateral Link is assisting a reputable AmLaw firm with a new unposted search for a Labor and Employment associate with 2-3 years of employment litigation experience (Class of 2021-2022) to join the New York office.
The ideal candidate will have considerable experience with employment counseling, single-plaintiff litigation, class/collective action litigation, and investigations.
Experience providing advice and counseling on a range of workplace law issues, including workplace accommodation, employment and separation agreements, reductions in-force, and employment related policies, is also preferred.
Candidates MUST have management side law firm experience.
The group is in the early stages of reviewing candidates.
