Maintenance Team Lead $95-$105K
Where we need you
- Supervise and train maintenance employees.
- Evaluate and recommend necessary changes and updates to technical equipment and procedures.
- Plan and follow thru all maintenance activities.
- Ensure that maintenance of equipment preventative maintenance schedules are prepared and adhered to.
- Maintenance supervisor is plays key role in internal escalations.
- Implement activities for cost savings and better machine and secondary equipment utilization.
- Special projects as deemed necessary.
- Other duties as needed

How to convince us
Education:
- Bachelor degree (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Experience:
- Ten years of maintenance knowledge and management in related fields.
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
- Experience with two-shot injection molding preferred
