As a Business Furniture Facilities CAD Technician/Designer, you will work in our client’s facility headquarters, located in downtown Indianapolis. This position is part-of an onsite Design Team.

As a Designer, you will spend your time:
- Space planning of corporate administration open office and private office furniture
- Creating accurate Autocad drawings and documents for presentation and implementation of projects
- Engaging with end users to determine solution to best meet their needs
- Managing and updating documents and drawings in Lilly Facility Management Tool
- Assisting project manager with quotes, purchase order entry, and documentation
- Maintaining complete and accurate project files
- Managing vendors and their expectations
These are the skills and experience needed:
- Experience working as an Interior Designer or Facilities CAD Planner
- Thorough working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Ability to manage projects and one's own time
- Ability to work on a small team
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- College degree required
This position requires in-person presence 4 days a week. One work from home day permitted after training period.
