Maintenance Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
This position will be responsible for developing and leading safe and effective maintenance and reliability activities. This role will also be a liasion for third-party factory maintenance services.
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) requirements.
- The primary person responsible for third-party factory maintenance service provider(s).
- Manage all external maintenance contractors.
- Maintain maintenance plans and systems for equipment.
- Transfer technical knowledge from sister sites to develop robust maintenance systems.
- Support integration of maintenance resources with production to optimize resources.
- Assure maximization of warranty agreements.
- Support budget development, assure compliance with the department operating budget, and report variance to budget and corrective actions.
- Lead maintenance activities for product changeovers and annual shutdowns. Partner with the production team.
- Responsible for tracking and communicating site KPIs.
- Responsible for carrying out and overseeing the implementation of small capital projects, coordinated with corporate engineering and/or subcontracted engineering firms for project execution.
- Responsible for calibration of measuring instruments in cooperation with external service providers and coordination with quality assurance.
- Manage all regulatory maintenance requirements.
- Provide cross-functional support to the organization as a member of the leadership team.
- Willingness to travel Domestic and Internationally 5%-10%

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required
- At least 7-10 years of maintenance leadership experience in a multi-shift manufacturing facility
- Experience working with third-party contract facility maintenance partners.
- Experience working with an international, culturally diverse team is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and control budgets.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and superior organizational abilities.
- Proven experience leading Reliability and Predictive Maintenance programs.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
