Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to drive product strategy, delivery, and performance, collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology. You'll oversee the product roadmap, prioritize needs, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve key business outcomes. Strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, HCM, Agile methodologies, and business acumen required.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in IT/product management
- Proven success in product delivery, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong skills in Oracle Fusion and Agile principles
- Oracle Certified
- Preferred: PMP, MBA, or relevant certifications.
