Our client, a Famous Luxury Brand, is seeking a Retail Operations Assistant to join their team in NYC on an ongoing basis.
Duties:
- Assist with the implementation of the Retail Operations Handbook, which will serve as a guideline for Stores for all Retail Operations.
- Update and provide trainings as needed. Ensure standards, policies and procedures are implemented, consistent and followed in stores
- Provide operational support to stores and field teams and identify training needs (i.e. policies and procedures, store standards, store systems, etc.)
- Strategize and partner on new projects for improving efficiency across Retail Doors in order to drive higher sales and profitability.
- Partner with Inventory Management team to ensure store teams maintain accurate inventory levels aligned with company shrink rate.
- Partner on all new Operational Projects for North America and manage to ensure successful roll out and execution.
- Assist in Project Manage New Store Openings, Renovations, Pop Ups, General Manager Conferences, and Off-Site Events, in partnership with VP, Retail
- Manage retail supply orders and monitor spending
- Manage and filter all systems related issues in partnership with our IT department
- Work alongside facilities team to ensure all repairs and maintenance are properly budgeted and fixed in a timely manner
- Consolidate Reporting for all stores and ensure accuracy
- Partner with Regional Directors and Store Managers for weekly task execution in stores
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required
- Must have 2+ years of experience in retail operations - luxury preferred.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
