Seeking a highly skilled Business Management Inclusion professional to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing business plans, crafting mid-to-long-term strategies, and managing organizational operations to drive growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling investment planning, overseeing performance management through KPIs, managing key meetings, and liaising with governmental bodies. Additionally, this role will support senior management in strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans.
- Formulate mid-to-long-term business strategies aligned with company goals.
- Compile and manage investment plans to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Oversee organizational management to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and monitor KPI performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Organize and lead key meetings, ensuring alignment across departments.
- Liaise with government bodies (e.g., state and local governments) to maintain compliance and foster positive relations.
- Assist senior management with strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications:
