Position: Support Engineer
Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)
Duration: FTE/ Direct hire
Job Description:
- Good experience in 24X7 Production support
- Knowledge in P1/P2 (Sev1, Sev2) handling
- Hands on experience in trouble shooting issue as needed using .net/ any other programming language
- Experience in writing SQL for queries data as needed
- Daily joining HOTO calls and cross flow interaction
- Good Problem-solving skills and analytical ability for root cause analysis
- Ownership of the work assigned in terms of quality and timelines.
- Participate in customer interaction and follow-ups
