Job Description
Seeking a full time, Production Manager, with experience in team apparel, to join our company in our Whippany, NJ office. Candidate must have experience in a screen print and embroidery. Experience in the sports industry in apparel is highly preferred.
Job Duties:
- Tracking and scheduling production jobs (Shopworx, OnSite).
- Assist in art mockups and approvals and the organization of production.
- Produce screen print separations.
- Work with outside vendor for embroidery files, setup monogram files.
- Produce tackle twill designs.
- Communicate with all departments to keep the shop running efficiently.
- Purchasing materials & supplies for production
- Purchasing blank and sublimated goods when needed
- Tracking unreceived products
- Troubleshooting equipment, software, and PC issues
Qualifications and requirements:
- Experience in all methods of decorating apparel with screen print, embroidery, sublimation, and heat press techniques.
- A background with designing sports apparel, such as uniforms, sideline, and spiritwear.
- Detail oriented, multi-tasking, organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
- Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator Mainly
- Shopworx OnSite order system
- External Deco Network (BSN systems)
- Wilcom Embroidery software, or Compucon EOS
- Order My Gear (Online webstore system)
