Job Responsibilities:

Control Systems Design: Perform the conceptual design, analysis, development, and testing of complex control systems, including electrohydraulic, electromechanical, and electropneumatic hardware control systems and power sources, specifically for defense applications.
Collaborative Environment: Contribute to a collaborative and knowledgeable work environment where teamwork and shared expertise are valued and encouraged.
New Product Development: Play a key role in the development of new products by consulting with customers and sales personnel to ensure alignment with market needs and technical requirements.
Market Development Consultation: Provide expert consultation on new product and market development efforts, contributing to the strategic growth of the business.
Proposal Development: Prepare successful proposal designs and concepts, including detailed cost and schedule estimates to support business objectives.
Problem Solving: Validate conceptual solutions through trade studies and analyses, ensuring robust and effective designs.
Experimental Testing: Create reliable and innovative designs by leading a comprehensive experimental development test program, ensuring all products meet rigorous standards.
Documentation: Accurately document designs, analyses, and test results through clear and concise reports, ensuring all work is well-recorded and communicated.
