Our client is seeking Commercial Litigation Associates to join their growing national practice group. You will have at least 3 years’ experience from a mid size or large law firm
Locations: San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, Atlanta, Dallas, Austin, Houston, Chicago, New York, Miami
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Experience drafting litigation documents, such as motions to dismiss, written discovery and summary judgment motions
- Experience appearing in state and federal courts
- Experience appearing in court
- Experience handling multi-district litigation is preferred
