The ideal candidate will oversee complex projects in Transmission and Substation, overseeing cross-functional teams. Responsible for scope, schedule, budget, and safety, with projects typically ranging up to $75 million. Lead teams through business case approvals, plan development, execution, and closeout, ensuring objectives are met within time and resource limits.
Main Responsibilities
- Manages scope, budget, and schedule within approved parameters, while delivering detailed reports to the appropriate management team.
- Routinely engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, major customers, and governmental/regulatory officials.
- Responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Primary point of contact for external customers on transmission and substation projects, like presenting billable costs and negotiating schedules.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or related field AND 5+ years of relevant PM experience OR 10+ years of relevant PM experience without Bachelors.
- PMP Certification OR CAPM preferred.
- Skilled in working independently and leading teams while managing conflicting priorities in a multitasking environment.
- Proven ability to exercise sound independent judgment
- Proven strong interpersonal and time management skills
