Service Management Practitioner - Incident Manager (ServiceNow CMDB)
Responsible for helping to collect and maintain knowledge management instructions (Batch Jobs) and related information in ServiceNow CMDB.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Configuration Management team and the Production Support team to update and collect the needed information to get the data quality to an acceptable level.
- Creating process and workflows to maintain the data quality.
- Creating reporting dashboards
Requirements:
- ServiceNow User Experience, including exposure to the CMDB
- ServiceNow Reporting Experience, including the creation of dashboards
- Documentation skills
- Able to drive and achieve timelines with cross functional dependencies
- Strong communication (verbal and written)
