Scheduler & CPS Planner for Individuals with Disabilities
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person with Scheduling experience. They must also be familiar with the Community Participation Supports service in order to coordinate activities at Acme Providers. This position is a dual role overseeing both scheduling and CPS planning. The Scheduler responsibilities will include creating and maintaining approximately 40 staff schedules (track attendance, monitoring lateness and absences, minimize overtime). The CPS activity planning will include scheduling and attend events, plan staffing ratios, and follow up assessment of events. ACRE (Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators) Certificate preferred.
The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsive to the needs of the staff in a fair and efficient manner to create a dynamic and effective workplace. This is a management-level position with a probationary span of 6 months. Must have flexibility in assigned working hours (evening and weekend) in order to work as DSP. This position will be part of a rotating weekend on-call schedule. This is an On-Site position.
**$22 - 23.00 / hr**

* Prior Scheduling Experience
* Have excellent communication skills
* Be a Multi-Tasker
* Be Detail-Oriented
* Be responsive to the needs of the staff in a fair and efficient manner to create a dynamic and effective workplace.
* Ability to Manage Time Effectively
* Valid Driver's License
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Ability to Pass Background Check & Drug Screening
* Scheduling Software experience Preferred
