Job responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to evaluate needs.
- Develop and design best project approach, elements and details - operational design and delivery of segmented projects for clients, including sub-consultant teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered with high quality, in a timely and economical fashion.
- Mentor and develp Junior Engineers as you direct the work of department staff.
- Certify and maintain full professional responsibility for all structural deliverables.
- Ongoing project construction administration.
- Maintain/Develop client relationships.
If you are up for the challenge, we are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead our Structural Design group.
Successful candidate must:
- Have BS or MS in Civil Engineering with an Structures Concentration.
- Have Indiana PE certification.
- Have excellent communication, presentation and technical writing skills.
- Be quality focused with experience in performing calculations and developing construction documents.
- Have minimum 10 years’ experience, successfully delivering projects on time, on budget, and with high quality documentation.
Water and Wastewater, AutoCad skills and work experience a plus.
