Position: Associate Landscape Designer

Terren Landscapes is expanding its creative team and seeking a talented Associate Landscape
Designer. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our experienced design team on a variety of
high-end residential landscape projects, from initial concept to completion. You will contribute to
creating detailed plan sets, visual aids, and engaging with clients throughout the design process. This
position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of landscape designs, including planting, drainage, low-voltage
- lighting, and masonry projects.
- Produce plan sets and visual aids using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Participate in client meetings, providing support and gathering feedback for design revisions.
- Assist with project estimating, proposal writing, and job scheduling.
- Conduct on-site layout plans as required, ensuring design integrity in the field.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, adhering to timelines and project goals.
Position Requirements:
- Graduated from or currently enrolled in an accredited landscape architecture program.
- Strong passion for high-end residential landscape design and construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and
- Microsoft Excel is desirable.
- Experience preparing construction documents; proficiency in Lumion preferred.
- Familiarity with local plant materials and sustainable landscaping practices.
- Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of self-motivation, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
