Founded 32 years ago, Allied Consultants is an Austin-based firm and premier provider of technical and business staffing solutions for the State of Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced System Support Specialist to be a key resource on a technical services team for our client, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).
**This position is hybrid requiring 2 days onsite per week.
Qualifications
Minimum (Required):
- 3 years of IT/IS software and hardware development methodologies and standards
- 3 years of concepts, techniques, and tools used in planning, designing and implementing database management systems and related technologies
- 3 years of applicable computer software applications and hardware
- 3 years of troubleshooting computer systems
- 3 years of communicating technical information effectively
- 3 years of the use and support of applicable computer systems
