Job Description: Job Summary
The Director of Digital Direct Response leads and implements the College’s digital direct response efforts, including developing plans and budgets related to fundraising, new donor and new email acquisition, and other digital conversion activities. This role is also responsible for documenting, analyzing, and optimizing the College’s current business processes and systems related to digital fundraising.
Essential Job Functions 1. Establish and implement digital fundraising and conversion plans to achieve annual goals related to names, dollars, and donors generated through digital channels such as email, social media, PPC, and more.
2. Working on the NDO team, integrate digital strategies and tactics alongside the Manager of Direct Response to improve overall fundraising objectives.
3. In partnership with ITS, Marketing, and other departments, support other business units at the College such as online courses, Imprimis, etc. with fundraising and conversion objectives.
4. Lead, manage, and hold accountable outside partners in support of digital direct response objectives.
5. Drive ongoing analytics, benchmarking, and other business intelligence efforts related to fundraising and direct response.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required. 7+ years of experience in non-profit fundraising, digital direct response, digital marketing, or related field preferred.
Other Skills: • Pursues continuous optimization and improvement.
• Expert in e-mail marketing and direct response principles and tactics.
• Mastery of digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Domo a plus.

Physical Demands: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively. Ability to operate basic office equipment including a photocopier, fax machine, adding machine, computer equipment, DVD player, display monitors, and the like. The position is largely sedentary. Occasional lifting or otherwise moving of office supplies, booklets, etc., is necessary.
