We are partnered with a growing Biotech company based in the San Francisco Bay area who is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their talent team. This is a six month contract.
- Develop talent pipeline utilizing sourcing channels to create a deep and diverse talent pool.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for various departments including R&D and Clinical teams
- High attention to detail
- Schedule interviews, create purchase orders
Requirements:
- BS/BA
- 2-4 years of in-house experience recruiting at a fast paced Biotech/Pharmaceutical company
- Experience at a start-up heavily preferred
