We are seeking a Scrum Master on behalf of our client. This is a 4-month contract assignment. The ideal candidate will help the Agile Teams become more mature and efficient by using product metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance. This role involves facilitating self-assessments, conducting Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys, and tracking the frequency of releases.
Location: Juno Beach, FL.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Agile teams to perform self-assessments and develop action plans for improvements.
- Conduct Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys to gauge team satisfaction and areas for growth.
- Track and analyze the frequency of product releases and other relevant metrics.
- Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to promote Agile best practices.
- Support the continuous improvement of Agile methodologies within the organization.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of Agile practices with business goals.
- Provide regular reports on team performance and progress towards goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner.
- Agile certification(s) such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and KPIs.
- Proven experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
- Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous coaching experience in an Agile environment.
- Advanced Agile certifications such as Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) or similar.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Background in the energy sector or experience working with cross-functional engineering teams.
