Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (8 am - 4:30 pm)
- Occasional consults on Sundays
- 3-6 month block
- No on-call responsibilities
Practice Type:
- Hospital-based Practice (Office/Clinic 90%, Hospital 10%)
Caseload:
- 75% Adults, 15% Pediatrics
Team:
- Dosimetrists & Physicists: Remote (centralized)
- Radiation Therapists: 2
Locum Responsibilities:
- Supervise Radiation Therapists (RTTs)
Required Procedures:
- EBRT, Conventional/Conformal Therapy, IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS
Treatment Planning:
- Conventional Treatment Planning
- Beam Shaping (MLC)
- IMRT
- PET CT or MRI Image Fusion
- EPI
- COG protocols
Special Equipment
- Elekta Synergy: Photon/electron treatments including 3D, IMRT, and VMAT
- CT simulator in radiology
Computer System/Software
Primary EMR
Requirements
- Must have SC License and Clean Background
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline)
