Our team has just taken on a wonderful role at a global private equity firm with offices across the United States and Europe. The firm is based in Midtown Manhattan and is made up of about 250 people with a team of 20+ administrators! The firm is known for its collaborative nature and for their down to earth, driven, and dedicated professionals.
The Role
The company is currently hiring for an Executive Assistant to support two partners on the Real Estate Investment team. The partners are said to have great personalities and to be easy to work with. This assistant would also be working alongside two other assistants on the Real Estate team.
Key duties include…
- Extensive calendar management
- Complex travel coordination
- Maintaining CRM/databases
- Presentation preparation
- Expenses reports
- Screening phone calls
- Acting as backup support to other EAs
- Liaising between internal and external parties
- Ad hoc projects as needed
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an outgoing and extroverted individual who works well on a team as well as autonomously. It's important this individual is organized, proactive, adaptable, and is able to manage multiple competing priorities.
This person should…
- 4+ years of administrative experience
- Experience in a similar environment, preferably financial services or commercial real estate
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience supporting senior-level executives
The Comp/Benefits
- Paying between $95-105k
- Hybrid, 3 days in the office
- 8:30am-5:30pm
- OT eligible
