Cinch Home Services, one of the nation’s leading providers of home service solutions, is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our digital product team. In this role, you will bring your design expertise, customer-focus, and strategic mindset to create intuitive, user-centered experiences that drive business results. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders across our product portfolio of custom applications, and solutions built upon third-party platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively to solve complex design challenges and create intuitive digital experiences
- Produce high-quality UI/UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, user flows, and prototypes
- Conduct research activities including usability analysis, competitive analysis, and user testing to validate assumptions and uncover areas of opportunity or unmet needs
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders with confidence and clarity
- Develop, implement, and champion user-centered design principles, patterns and style guides, in concert with Cinch brand standards and relevant legal and accessibility standards, to ensure consistency across all products
- Leverage user data and A/B testing results to refine and optimize our products
- Stay up to date on emerging UI/UX design trends, techniques, and technologies
- Facilitate design thinking exercises for cross-functional teams
- Work closely with development teams to see concepts and designs through to reality
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of hands-on UX/UI design experience with ability to manage projects independently
- A strong portfolio of successful UX and other design projects
- Proficiency with design tools (i.e. Figma) to deliver concepts and enable successful collaboration across teams
- Fluency with UX research tools (UserTesting, Userlytics, etc.) and techniques
- Experience designing for cross channel e.g. responsive web and native mobile interfaces
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end code frameworks
- Familiarity with working in an established design system and agile development teams
- Adept at navigating and leveraging a heavily cross-functional environment
- Ability to provide and receive constructive design feedback
- Expertise in communication and storytelling
- Facility with analyzing and interpreting data
