Duties:
* Manage small customer projects using systems and project management best practices to ensure timely completion.
* Oversee work orders from setup to invoicing, including material procurement and partner management.
* Coordinate with technicians for service and warranty work, ensuring adherence to scopes, budgets, and timelines.
* Assess service quality, identify improvement areas, and communicate with internal teams.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent project and service quality.
Requirements:
* 1-3 years of project coordination and client service experience
* Experience with invoicing, managing work orders, and dispatching technicians to the site
* Experience communicating with vendors and customers.
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Additional Info:
* Pay range: $50,000 to $58,000 + BONUS
* Schedule: Monday to Friday 8a to 5p
* Location: In Office (hybrid flexibility - 1x work from home per week)
