COMP: 70-90K plus bonus
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Vigilantly monitor and scrutinize transactions across online platforms with a specialized focus on the wellnes consumer goods sector’s unique risks.
- Conduct thorough investigations into suspicious activities, chargebacks, and unusual transaction patterns, utilizing your expertise to assess and mitigate fraud risks.
- Make critical decisions on order processing, determining whether to approve or decline transactions based on comprehensive risk evaluations and established protocols.
- Collaborate closely with customer service, sales, and operations teams to verify client data and resolve any discrepancies, ensuring seamless and secure transactions.
- Design and implement proactive fraud prevention strategies tailored specifically to the needs of the supplement industry.
- Generate and analyze detailed reports on fraud trends, providing actionable insights to continually improve fraud detection and prevention measures.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Three plus years of experience working with inventory or 3PL and or ecommerce consumer goods.
- Solid familiarity with chargeback processes and payment gateways.
