Responsibilities
- Assist a Partner with document processing, transcription, and management
- Edit and organize documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system, ensuring quick retrieval and efficient storage of documents.
- Utilize dictation equipment for transcribing legal documents and manage paper filing
- Provide occasional executive assistant coverage, handling additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior work experience in a law firm preferred
- Proficiency with document management and editing
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
