Spring EQ is seeking experienced team members for the Funding department.
Responsibilities
- Fund loans daily through the Spring EQ warehouse lenders
- Prepare and audit the Spring EQ funding file
- Prepare and audit warehouse data feeds
- Work closely with the Warehouse banks to verify loans are funded according to their parameters
- Work closely with title companies to verify funds are received and able to be disbursed
Qualifications
Education requirements
- Associate degree required
- BA / BS degree preferred
- # of Years of experience requirement:
- 2 years in mortgage or finance field
- Will waive experience requirement for college degree in accounting, business, or economics
Systems knowledge requirements
- Strong excel skills are required
- Knowledge of the MS office suite
Specific skillset requirements
- Detail oriented
- Strong math and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
