Job Title: CNC Press Brake Operator (2nd Shift)
Salary: $20 - $25 per hour (extensive overtime available)
Location: Allen, Texas

Core Function:
To set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal materials according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate tooling, and ensuring precise measurements and quality control.

Responsibilities:
· CNC press brake operation and setup.
· Read and interpret technical drawings.
· Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes.
· Proficiency in measurement tools and quality control techniques.
· Commitment to safety and operational efficiency.
· Mentor and teach junior operators to grow and learn new techniques and procedures.
Requirements:
· Computer proficiency for time and data entry.
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience operating sheet metal laser and punching machines.
· Experience with Trumpf TruMatic combination laser/punches is a plus.
· Forklift operator certification.
