Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our client’s team in overseeing daily operations playing a key role in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and quality of warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support warehouse employees to achieve business objectives in safety, quality, productivity, and responsiveness.
- Coach and guide employees to foster a positive work environment and address performance behaviors.
- Coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, order pulling, shipping, and maintaining FIFO inventory.
- Utilize Quality Network problem-solving and Workplace Organization to optimize efficiency.
Requirements:
- 3 plus years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership skills with at least 1 year of direct supervisory experience.
- Experience with manufacturing processes, math, scheduling systems, quality control procedures.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and drive solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relatable certifications, education, and trainings.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technical tools.
