Our client is a professional wealth management organization that provides trust management services, investment and private fund management services, they are currently seeking a Director of IT and Business Improvement.
This role will be responsible for managing the organization’s Information Technology and Business Process Improvement department, it requires coordination and completion of projects within the IT and BPI departments and building and maintaining working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments

The role:
- Infrastructure Management, managing the hardware, software, and network structure of the organization in both physical and virtual environments.
- Information Security and Cybersecurity Management, leads and oversees all Security Assessments for the organization such as Risk, Cloud Security, Cybersecurity, Vendor, Information Security, M365, and others as needed.
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Management
- Process Mapping, Improvement, and Monitoring, understands business goals and objectives and drives process improvement strategies to meet goals and objectives.
- Identifies and maps critical processes for the organization,
- Experience with project management and change management methodologies.
- Ability to use business intelligence and processes analysis tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, management information systems, information technology or related field required
- Project Management Professional (PMP),Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), CWNA Certified Wireless Network Administrator, Certified Cisco Network Administrator certifications preferred.
- 10+ years of Hands-on experience managing Information Technology
- Experience with process mapping, workflow coordination and the application of Business Processes well known methodologies: Kanban, Lean, Six Sigma, Total Quality management (TQM), Kaizen, Theory of Constraints methodologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365 suite, SharePoint administration, as well as VMware and virtualization technologies.
