AGP is looking for a working leader who delivers services alongside team members. The Network Services Manager oversees the IT infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance, ensuring robust security measures to protect the company's data and infrastructure. This role ensures systems and network stability, security, and efficiency, and manages a team of network engineers, technicians, external vendors, and service providers. The Network Services Manager actively leads and coaches others to ensure the availability and performance of IT systems and networks.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure support and projects ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Measure and report service and development work results to internal business partners in clear and valuable terms.
- Oversee changes in technical processes and systems, ensuring frequent and effective communications across IT with business partners and key vendors.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive network security policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT Leadership and internal business partners to construct, update, and drive successful execution of IT Strategies.
- Ensure disciplined and consistent use of Waterfall and Agile methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.g., SDLC, Scrum, Kanban) to deliver IT solutions and services.
- Develop and manage assigned project and operational budgets.
- Conduct performance reviews and develop training plans for team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of wired & wireless networks, network traffic management, WAN/LAN design, redundancy, and resiliency.
- Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Aruba Clear Pass, Cortex XDR, MFA, and security policy management.
- Skill in compute design & management, Cisco UCS, NetApp storage, VMware, Citrix, and patch management.
- Experience in Microsoft Exchange Hybrid, Intune MDM, Proofpoint TRAP, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft TEAMS.
- Ability to plan and execute fiscal management, scope definition, project execution, and cost management.
- Competence in managing IT general controls, including access management and production change processes.
- Experience with Azure AD provisioning and cost management.
- Experience in agricultural or manufacturing industries is a plus.
