Qualifications
· Ph.D. with 3+ years of industrial experience
· Strong background in protein characterization for developability assessment of therapeutic biologics using multi-
dimensional methods such as SEC, UV/Vis, RP/IEX/HIC/SEC HPLC, DLS/MALS, CE, DSF/DSC. LC-MS would be plus
· Hands-on experience in chromatographic separation using AF, IEX, HIC, MMC, and SEC
· Proficient in liquid chromatography with experience in antigen/mAb/bsAb purification and characterization using
various approaches.
· Working knowledge of expressing biologics from prokaryotic and mammalian system
· Downstream process development experience and protein formulation experience for biologics would be a plus
Responsibilities
· Evaluate the developability of therapeutic lead biologics candidates from protein characteristics.
· Design and execute workflows to enable lead molecule characterization/discovery.
· Process development of lead molecules
· Work with CRO to manage external activities.
