Job Title: Technical Lead / Lead Configurator (PAS configuration products)
Work Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - Onsite)
Job Description:
- Required Experience: 10 Years
- Product Experience: Experience on PAS configuration products like Vertafore MS Concept One Velocity Solartis Bridge etc.
- Domain Skill: MGA Broker Insurance
Technical Skills Primary:
- Technical Lead with Prior experience of working on MGA platforms like Vertafore MS Solartis or experience on configuration products like Concept One Bridge etc.
- Lead team of developer’s configurators BAs
- Should be able to lead the technical discussion with customer and other teams involved in the program
- Must have experience on Insurance MGA Products including Rating Forms Billing modules etc.
- Good to have experience of writing SQL Queries
- Must have experience of working in Agile teams and on tools like Jira
- Ability to learn new tools language quickly
- Experience on platforms like Concept One for MGA or any other MGA products will be added advantage
Soft Skills:
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving techniques are needed
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills
- Good knowledge of solving complex technical problems
- Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
