Our designers work closely with residential clients to design rooms that inspire and delight. They work in beautiful showrooms with supportive teams of co-workers, and have the unique joy of bringing design and happiness to their clients.
A Quick Look:
Earnings: Unlimited, uncapped commission with some of the highest rates in the industry.
Paid Training: $20/hour as you train and build your business.
No Professional Design Experience Needed: World-Class training provided on our sales process, design fundamentals, and technology. Advanced training as you grow!

To Succeed, You:
Have demonstrated experience in luxury retail or B2B sales, interior design, project management, or other related field OR are a career changer looking for an industry-change.
Have a track record of longevity and success.
Have a passion for interior design.
Have a natural ability to engage, connect, and develop relationships.
Can drive the sales process and achieve sales goals.
Are highly motivated by unlimited commission earning potential.
In This Role, You Will:
Make connections with clients who visit your showroom.
Manage multiple design projects at any given time.
Use various technology to drive business and meet client needs.
Be available when our clients are: weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
Need access to a vehicle and a valid drivers license to make home calls.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive, uncapped commissions paid when on order – you don’t have to wait until delivery!
Paid training: $20/hour for the first 4 months; with option to switch to commission at any time during this period.
