We are working with a stable and well recognized group in West Palm Beach, FL who is seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office - Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, onsite role, Monday through Friday and traditional hours. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in office support, who is comfortable working in a front-facing role within a small office environment.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform clerical duties including document preparation, filing, and maintaining office records.
- Assist with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
- Handle correspondence and communication, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Ad hoc. administrative tasks based on needs
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
