We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our IT team. This person will help support our various applications Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365 BC and reporting systems.
- Troubleshoot Dynamics issues
- Own and develop relationships with end-users, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
- Help design, document, and maintain system processes
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer
- Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications
- Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures
- Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures
- Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; training users
- Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or Information Science
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Experience with ERP implementation and administration, particularly in Dynamics GP, Dynamics NAV, and Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Operational Data Warehouse experience is a plus
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Must be comfortable conversing with stakeholders, gathering and translating requirements.
