The Operations Assistant will join the Sage Operations Team in providing support to our Recruiting and Business Development Teams. We are seeking an exceptional candidate who possesses a versatile skillset, has extraordinary attention to detail, takes initiative, and enjoys a warm, collaborative work environment. This role is virtual day-to-day, but the Operations Assistant is required to work West Coast hours (Pacific Time Zone). A San Francisco Bay Area resident is preferred for periodic in person events.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Timecard Processing
- PowerPoint Preparation
- Process Hiring Manager and Candidate Referral Programs
- Assist with lead generation projects
- Track Client and Consultant Feedback
- Update Team PTO Calendar
- Manage Team Outlook calendar items (Team Meetings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Holidays)
- Support Team Meetings and Events
- Monitor Team Inboxes when OOO
- Add and Close Jobs on Recruiter Boards
- Add and Close Jobs in Bullhorn database
- Manage Sage Job Board and LinkedIn Job Postings
Desired Skills:
Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Capable of multitasking with a strong eye for details
Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Bullhorn or other CRM database
- Experience with LinkedIn, Zoom, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Teams
