Nadora Healthcare is a scale up healthcare company located in Johnstown, CO with 20+ employees covering all the roles you’d expect to find in a healthcare provider, including; sales, marketing, customer success, administration, clinic, surgery and correlating support staff.
- What we’re looking for: A customer success focused Hospitality Coordinator who is comfortable managing multiple facets of a large portfolio of clients.
- What you’ll do: Your role is to coordinate episodes of care for our clients. This involves managing inbound leads, hospitality functions, invoicing our clients and ensuring a five-star experience for all of our partners.
- How you’ll do it: We’ll show you everything you need to succeed and provide ongoing training from our corporate office in Greeley. You'll manage your accounts via email and over the phone.
- How we’ll help: We’ll provide all the resources and training you need to get up to speed. We want someone who is looking to function autonomously and enjoys the challenge of multiple tasks on multiple fronts.
What you’ll make: $55,000 salary

What you’ll need:
- You’ll need to be comfortable on the phone and be able to come into the office. This is not a remote position.
- You’ll need to be prepared to understand our material and have the confidence required to succeed in a customer success position.
- You’ll need to have exceptional time management skills.
- You’ll need to be driven to succeed.
- You’ll need to be okay reaching out to people in your accounts. If you're dependent on email as a primary form of communication, this may not be the role for you.
- You’ll need to be willing to commit to the role. We're looking for people to grow with us.
