Our client is looking for an outgoing individual to conduct electrical/mechanical inspections of electronic and electromechanical subassemblies and completed products utilizing standard measuring equipment and dedicated test sets. The individual will follow and execute final Acceptance Test Procedures, determine product compliance with requirements, and be a key contributor to the detection and resolution of product and test equipment problems.

Requirements
- Conduct inspections of electronic/mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies using documented test procedures plus individual knowledge and experience.
- Troubleshoot assembly defects to PCB level.
- Troubleshoot PCB defects to component level.
- Detect and troubleshoot product-equipment system issues.
- Document test and inspection results in accordance with Company procedures.
- Contribute to the continued development of test and troubleshooting techniques.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret assembly level and PCB level schematics in English.
- Ability to conduct test procedures to published documents.
- Ability to operate dedicated test rigs.
- Ability to operate standard measuring equipment including DVM, Hi-Pot, Bonding resistance, oscilloscope, logic analyzer.
- Ability to work with passive and active components and integrated circuits including CPLD and microprocessors.
- Ability to work with minimum technical and administrative supervision.
- Ability to develop modifications to test and troubleshooting techniques.
Education and Work Experience
- Minimum 2-year degree or certificate in electronics.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Relevant experience beyond 5 years may be considered in lieu of formal education requirement.
