Responsibilities include:
- Lead, develop and streamline support functions and maintain DoD Acquisitions SOPs
- Gather, analyze, and measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of programs.
- Support and develop reports, including statutory and regulatory reports.
- Identify internal and external issues that may impact the customer and take appropriate action.
- Draft, consolidate, coordinate and edit executive-level documentation to ensure consistency with organizational strategic objectives; apply an in-depth knowledge and understanding of DoD/IC issues, policies, programs and procedures affecting the customer
- Support activities that assist the executives in assessing what programs are within schedule and cost baselines, be able to recommend viable solutions to problems, and the pursuit of alternative courses of action.
- Make recommendations and prepare briefings, point papers and other materials based on analysis of complex policy issues and documents
- Participate in external committees, working groups and task forces
- Analyze and assign or perform actions as appropriate
- Manage and execute the end-to-end action tracking process; develop standard operating procedures and serve as facilitator for user requirements.
- Monitor progress on actions, generate metrics to demonstrate accountability for meeting deadlines and quality expectations; prepare periodic reports on action status and keep leadership aware of late, pending and new actions.
- Disseminate policy and legislative changes to appropriate parties internal to the customer
- Draft, proofread, edit and provide final review of internal and external correspondence, Weekly Activity Report, point papers, and briefings.
- Coordinate and maintain presentations for audiences up to the customer level; maintain a quality control process for all presentations.
- Manage records generated during the execution of the projects and programs in accordance with regulations, as well as customer Directives and Instructions

- Acquisition Decision Memorandum (ADM) Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Strategy Panel (ASP) Briefing, Air Force Review Board (AFRB), Baseline/Acquisition Program Baseline (APB),Business Case Analysis, Clinger-Cohen Act Compliance Documentation, Defense Acquisition Board Planning, Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs),Evaluation Notices, Final Proposal Revision (FPR), Information Support Plan, Integrated Master Plan, Integrated Master Schedule, Justification and Approval (J&A),Life Cycle Management Plan (LCMP), MAIS Quarterly/Annual Report to Congress, Market Research Report, Milestone Decision Authority (MDA) Program Certification, Memorandum of Agreement/Understanding (MOA/MOU), Milestone Decision Briefing, Monthly Activity Report (MAR),Operational Security Plan, Nunn-McCurdy Assessment and Certification, Performance Work Statement (PWS), Post-Implementation Review, Program Certification Memorandum (PCM), Program Charter, Program Management Directive (PMD), Program Protection Plan (PPP), Program Status Review Brief, Readiness Brief, Request for Proposal (RFP),Risk Assessment, Risk Management Framework Implementation Plan, Security Concepts of Operations Security Risk Analyses, Security Vulnerability and Countermeasure Analyses, Selected Acquisition Report (SAR), Statement of Work (SOW), Statement of Objectives (SOO), Systems Metric and Reporting System (SMART), System Security Management Plan, Technical Evaluation, Market Research.

Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
- Experience in project/ program management or both along with direct experience navigating and implementing DoD Acquisition policy; DoD 5000.02
- Demonstrated experience working with senior executives at multiple organizational levels.
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.)
- Experience using Microsoft Office and standard computer applications to include ability to input, retrieve, and maintain data in a Microsoft Access database.
- Demonstrated experience adapting to a rapidly changing work environment while maintaining flexibility and versatility.
- Demonstrated experience fostering solid relationships that promote cooperation and communicate expectations.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing situations and make well informed decision.
- Demonstrated experience communicating effectively and concisely using a variety of styles and techniques appropriate to the audience.
- Demonstrated experience in DoD organizational structures, mission, vision, culture, values, philosophy and operating principles.
- Ability to assimilate information from various sources and merge into a coherent document (e.g. action response, point paper, briefing)
