What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and mentor engineering, design, and fabrication teams.
- Develop and implement strategic systems and procedures.
- Plan and analyze new projects, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Establish and maintain technical standards and project performance metrics.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, creativity, and quality.
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and current Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
- LEED-accredited Professional certification.
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in project design and development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM/Revit.
- Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
