Job Summary:
Seeking a Director of Business Intelligence to lead our growing BI functions across the enterprise. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic reporting and information distribution plan.
Day-to-Day:
- Lead BI Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Manage and Grow a High-Performing BI Team
- Manage SLAs, Dashboards & Data Visualizations: Establish and manage service level agreements (SLAs) for BI services.
- Data Governance & Self-Service Analytics, reinforce best practices in data governance, security, and compliance.
Skill Set:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in data shaping and how to organize information efficiently
- Experience in Power BI (or similar tool) including proper administration, distribution options and visualization methods.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and team development.
Education and Experience:- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of SQL/Data Warehousing/BI Development
- 3+ years of BI Leadership
- Prior healthcare experience a plus but not required.
